Zoom Tour of the Met Breuer's Gerhard Richter Exhibit

The last major exhibition at the Met Breuer, before closing because of the Coronavirus, was Gerhard Richter, Painting After All.  Docent, Sharon Morris, provided an outstanding Zoom presentation of this exhibit on Monday, May 18, from 2:00 to 3:00PM.

Sharon discussed Richter's six-decade-long preoccupation with the dual means of representation and abstraction to explore the material, conceptual and historical implications of painting and covered the entirety of Richter's prolific and innovative career.
