Reminder for CHV Weekly Picnic Lunch

Since so many CHV members have enjoyed getting together at our informal neighborhood picnics, we are continuing these gatherings each Wednesday while the nice weather lasts.

Since so many CHV members have enjoyed getting together at our informal neighborhood picnics, we have decided to continue these gatherings each Wednesday while the nice weather lasts.  We particularly would like to thank all those who have attended during this past summer to make them such a success.  Please feel free to keep holding these picnics on your own as long as you wish.

We will gather in the pleasant, shady open space between 93rd and 94th Streets, just east of Madison Avenue (behind the 40 East 94th Street building).  It is open to the public and has paving and park bench seating which is perfect for a small group gathering.  We ask that everyone wear a mask and observe social distancing by staying 6 feet apart. Anyone who has a folding chair is welcome to bring one.

Weather permitting, simply bring your lunch or a cold drink, and sit and visit for an hour or so.  No need to let us know in advance; you can decide at the last minute and just show up.
