When Forgetfulness is Not Just an Aging Issue

Another in the series of CHV lectures especially organized for Carnegie Hill seniors, where Harry Ramos, M.D, addressed the subject of memory loss and the aging process.

Seventy Carnegie Hill seniors attended this lecture, another in the series of CHV events especially organized for the Carnegie Hill Village audience. At this session, Harry Ramos, M.D, reviewed the normal changes that occur in our cognitive abilities as we age, and discussed some possible warning signs that may indicate the situation is more serious.

Dr. Ramos, Assistant Professor, Departments of Neurology and Geriatrics & Palliative Medicine at Mount Sinai Senior Health, spoke at Immanuel Lutheran Church, located on Lexington Avenue and East 88th Street.

Dr. Ramos's talk was followed by a question and answer session, providing audience members with an opportunity to hear more about key areas of interest to them.

Our thanks to Immanuel for allowing us to use the meeting space.
