Medical Progress: How to Save Your Heart in 2020
In another of our series of lectures designed to inform Carnegie Hill seniors, please join us to hear fellow CHV member, Dr. Lawrence R. Krakoff, MD, Professor of Medicine, Icahn School of Medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center share his medical knowledge and personal views about cardiac care.
Dr. Krakoff observes that in our lifetime, medicine has radically changed in ways that could not have been predicted fifty years ago, when he graduated from medical school. This talk will summarize progress, mostly good, but with a few concerns highly biased by his experience and that of his patients and friends with inclusion of some recent science and general advice.
You may enter the church at the 5th Avenue entrance where you will be guided to Darlington Hall. The Church of the Heavenly Rest is handicap accessible.
