Whitney Biennial 2022

Come join a tour of the Whitney Biennial 2022 "Quiet As It's Kept", led by Roberta Krakoff, CHV Board Member and Whitney Docent.

The Whitney Biennial 2022 exhibition features an intergenerational and interdisciplinary group of 63 artists and collectives whose dynamic works reflect the challenges, complexities, and possibilities of the American experience today.  Artworks change, walls move, and performances animate the galleries. One floor is a labyrinth, a dark space of containment; another is a clearing, open and light filled. The spaces of the Biennial contrast significantly, acknowledging the acute polarity of our society.

If you wish to attend, CHV members must buy their own timed-admission tickets from the museum’s website.  Senior tickets are $18.  Tickets should be purchased for entry on June 2, 2022 at 1:00pm by using this link: Whitney Museum Tickets.  Everyone should meet up with Roberta in the lobby of the museum at 1:00pm.

This tour is limited to 15 people. COVID-19 vaccination and masks are not required, but strongly recommended for all visitors.  Should you wish to join the group, please sign up by clicking the green REGISTER button below.
