Tour of Gracie Mansion

It's been four years since CHV members have gathered to visit Gracie Mansion. Spring time is the best season to visit!

Please join us for a tour of Gracie Mansion led by Mena Weiner, a docent of the Gracie Mansion Conservancy.  This house is one of the oldest surviving wooden structures in Manhattan and home to the sitting mayors of New York City and their families since 1942.  Mena is the same guide who hosted our group four years ago conducting an informative and thorough excursion for all.  Besides visiting the interior, you also will have a wonderful view of Carl Shultz Park which overlooks Hell Gate channel in the East River.

The tour will begin at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 3rd and is limited to 15 people.  You may meet Roberta Krakoff, our host, at the front steps of the mansion at 11:45am.  Since the site is a government property, CHV members should bring a driver's license or other form of photo identification in order to enter the mansion. Security asks that we submit a list of names and email addresses for the group planning to attend by the end of next week.  So please register for this event by clicking on the green REGISTER button below.

If you find that you are unable to attend after signing up, please let us know by emailing [email protected].  That will allow us to invite people off the waiting list who might like to take your place.
