Neue Galerie Tour Jan 11, 2024

On January 11, 2024, at 11am, CHV will sponsor a tour of the Neue Galerie, here in our own Carnegie Hill neighborhood.  The tour will be led by Carol Goldman, a long-time docent at the Galerie, and will include the Galerie’s permanent collection as well as the special exhibit, “Max Beckmann: The Formative Years, 1915-1925”. This exhibit focuses on the shift that occurred in Beckmann’s work during a crucial decade and features approximately 100 works by the artist, comprising major paintings, drawings, and significant print portfolios.

The group will be limited to 10 people and will cost $17 per person, which must be paid at the time of registration, under CHV’s policy regarding payment of fees.  We will meet in the lobby of the Galerie at 10:45am for the 11am tour.  If you are interested in joining this tour, please register by clicking on the green REGISTER button below.
