92NY Concert, Followed by CHV Gathering

On Sunday February 4, a concert of the “Broadway at 92Y Chorus” will take place at the 92NY at 1PM. The Chorus was founded in 1994, and is the only community chorus in New York devoted to classic repertory from the American musical theater.  The concert will take place in the Kaufmann Concert Hall at the 92NY. There is no charge for admission, but it is necessary to register for the concert at the 92NY website – press here to be taken to their registration page.   This is not a Carnegie Hill Village event. But it is an opportunity for CHV members to hear some great music free of charge – and to share the occasion with guests who may be interested in the kind of activities we focus on in CHV.   And one of our members is in the chorus!

The concert will be followed by a “Wine and Cheese” gathering at the home of CHV board member Pete Palmer.  It will be limited to 40 people.  We encourage members to bring guests who might be interested in learning more about CHV.   If you would like to join us at the reception, please send us an email at [email protected], letting us know that you will be coming and giving us the names of your guests. And please remember to register for the concert directly with the 92NY.  The Palmer's apartment is at 1160 Park Avenue, Apartment 10A, at East 92 Street.  The gathering will begin after the concert ends, possibly around 2:30PM.
