Talk on Transitions and Aging

A Zoom talk by two neighborhood therapists on the arc of life in which development never ceases.

Carnegie Hill Village hosted a Zoom talk on transitions and aging by two of our neighborhood therapists.  Judith Rosenberger, PhD, LCSW, a psychologist and psychotherapist, and Christine Chapman, MSW, a psychotherapist, discussed the arc of life in which development never ceases.

Their discussion was based on the work of Erik Erikson's foundational studies in developmental psychology.  His books include Identity and the Life Cycle, The Life Cycle Completed, and The Vital Stage of Old Age.

Our two speakers covered basic theory and patient experience.

If there is interest, small discussion groups, led by Carnegie Hill Village volunteers, will be formed at a later date.
