Challenge and Opportunity for Women Over 50: A Panel Discussion

Our neighbor, The Church of the Heavenly Rest, kindly suggested that CHV members might be especially interested in this panel discussion and photography exhibition focused on women over 50.

The panel discussion, to be held on Thursday, March 14, will be facilitated by Dr. Janice Steil who will be joined by panelists Elaine Pagels, Marilynn Preston, Gail Sheehy, and Gayle Robinson. If you would like to attend this discussion, please RSVP as space is limited.

The photography exhibition, entitled The Second Half, features works by noted New York photographer Ellen Warner celebrating women from around the world in the second half of their lives, along with their reflections on what this stage means to them. There will be an opportunity to meet Ms. Warner and view her photographs on March 14th between 4:30 and 6:00 PM, prior to the panel discussion.

The photographs can be viewed currently at Heavenly Rest, through April 24th. The galleries are open:

• Monday through Friday, 12:30-5:00 PM
• Sundays, 8:00-9:00 AM and 10:30 AM-2:00 PM.
